Men who abused adopted sons sentenced to 100 years in prison for 'house of horrors'

In a recent case in Georgia, a couple, William and Zachary Zulock, have been sentenced to 100 years in prison without the possibility of parole for sexually abusing their two adopted sons. The couple pleaded guilty to multiple charges including aggravated sodomy, child molestation, incest, and sexual exploitation of children. The investigation began after authorities received a cyber tip regarding suspected homemade child sexual abuse material uploaded to a Google account with an IP address in Walton County, where the Zulocks resided with the victims.

The District Attorney, Randy McGinley, described the Zulocks' actions as creating a "house of horrors" and commended the victims for their resolve over the last two years. Surveillance cameras inside the house captured instances of sexual abuse, and electronic evidence including graphic images, videos, and messages further supported the case against the Zulocks.

McGinley emphasized the importance of harsh consequences for those who abuse children, stating that the Zulocks' sentence sends a message that such actions will not be taken lightly. Two other men involved in the case, Hunter Clay Lawless and Luis Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, were also prosecuted and sentenced to prison after agreeing to testify against the Zulocks.

The investigation and prosecution of the case were described as challenging and emotionally difficult for those involved. McGinley expressed gratitude for the hard work of law enforcement in bringing an end to the abuse suffered by the victims and securing an appropriate outcome. The resolution of the case, with the Zulocks facing a lengthy prison sentence, aims to help the victims in their process of healing and ensure that they do not have to worry about their abusers being free as they grow older.
