Tom Cruise Thanks Fans While Skydiving For 'Mission: Impossible'

Tom Cruise has been keeping busy this holiday season. After a successful launch of his movie ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ which earned $100 million on its opening weekend, the legendary actor has jumped into his next project: the ‘Mission: Impossible’ franchise. Cruise is known for his commitment to his craft and is no stranger to performing his own stunts. For ‘Maverick’, he flew a P-51 fighter plane and for ‘Dead Reckoning Part One’, he rode a motorcycle off a cliff and dove down headfirst before releasing a parachute. He even made headlines when a flock of sheep interrupted filming of ‘Mission: Impossible’. The trailer for ‘Dead Reckoning Part One’ has been released and showcases Cruise returning as agent Ethan Hunt, with a string of previous ‘Mission: Impossible’ actors making appearances. The film is set to hit theaters on July 14.
