This latest album now holds the top three spots for most-streamed albums in a single day in Spotify history, including her 2022 album "Midnights" and the release of "1989 (Taylor's Version)."
Even before its release, "The Tortured Poets Department" was setting records as the most pre-saved album Countdown Page in Spotify history. Swift's fans were treated to a surprise when she announced that the album was actually a secret double album, featuring 15 extra songs in addition to the initially anticipated 16 tracks.
