Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco announce new single 'Sunset Blvd' inspired by date

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are set to release their joint album, titled I Said I Love You First, on March 21. This announcement follows the unveiling of their new single, "Sunset Blvd," scheduled to drop on March 14. Gomez shared the news on Instagram, accompanied by a black-and-white selfie of the couple, highlighting the significance of Sunset Boulevard, where they had their first date.

In addition to "Sunset Blvd," the upcoming album includes previously released singles such as "Scared of Loving You" and "Call Me When You Break Up," featuring Gracie Abrams. The complete tracklist, which Gomez revealed on social media, consists of titles such as "I Said I Love You First," "Younger and Hotter Than Me," "Ojos Tristes," and several others.

Recently, Gomez and Blanco revisited the restaurant where they had their first date, Jitlada, located on Sunset Boulevard. The couple participated in cooking a dish they enjoyed during their initial outing, fried shrimp with curry, alongside the restaurant's owner.

Gomez and Blanco began their relationship in June 2023 and became engaged later that year. Gomez announced their engagement through an Instagram post on December 11, showcasing her marquise-cut engagement ring and the caption, "forever begins now."

As the release date for their album approaches, fans can anticipate both "Sunset Blvd" and the full album, which marks a new chapter in the couple's musical collaboration and personal relationship.
