Prince Harry Defends Monarchy Amid Criticism

Prince Harry recently spoke about his continued belief in the monarchy despite his criticisms of the royal family's handling of certain issues such as race and abuse of power. In a trailer for an upcoming ITV interview with broadcaster Tom Bradby, Harry was asked if he still believes in the monarchy, to which he replied, "Yes". The full interview is set to air on January 8th.

Harry has been vocal in his criticism of the royal family, particularly since beginning his relationship with Meghan Markle. In their Netflix series, Harry highlighted the "huge level of unconscious bias" within the royal household, and also claimed that some male relatives failed to grasp the "race element" that affected Markle.

The highly anticipated book, "Spare", written by Harry and Markle, is set to be released next week and will include some of the couple's more controversial claims. These include an allegation that a royal insider expressed "concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born" in the months before their son Archie's birth.

Both Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace have declined to comment on the leaked claims from the book.
