Elon Musk and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis have announced the birth of their fourth child, a son named Seldon Lycurgus. Zilis shared the news on X, coinciding with the birthday of their daughter Arcadia. In her post, she described Seldon as "built like a juggernaut" with "a solid heart of gold," expressing her affection for him. Musk responded to her announcement with a heart emoji.
This new addition joins the couple's three other children: twins Strider and Azure, and daughter Arcadia. The announcement comes shortly after influencer Ashley St. Clair claimed to have had a child with Musk five months prior, although Musk has yet to publicly respond to her assertion.
In addition to his children with Zilis, Musk has six children with his first wife, Justine Wilson, including twins Griffin and Vivian, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian. Musk also shares three children with musician Grimes: two sons, X Æ A-12 and Techno Mechanicus, and a daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl.
Musk has previously voiced concerns over declining birth rates, stating in July 2022 that he views a collapsing birth rate as a significant threat to civilization. He has expressed a desire to contribute to addressing what he terms an "underpopulation crisis." This ongoing dialogue surrounding Musk's family growth and his views on population trends continues to attract public attention.
