Brittany Snow files for divorce from Tyler Stanaland

Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland are now officially filing for divorce. The couple, who had been married since 2020, cited “irreconcilable differences” in the filing which was made in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County. In their joint statement, the couple said that they needed time to “make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.” Reports suggest that the couple had issues before Stanaland’s involvement with “Selling the OC”, with one source saying that the show “broke them” and another saying that “all the girls” on the show were “obsessed” with Stanaland. In the filing, Snow noted that the couple had a prenuptial agreement and asked that they split their attorney fees equally before any spousal support and property division is agreed upon.

Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland have filed for divorce in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County. The couple had been married since 2020, and had cited “irreconcilable differences” in their filing. They had released a joint statement back in September saying that they needed to take some time to “make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.” Reports suggest that their relationship had been strained before Stanaland’s involvement with “Selling the OC”, with one source saying that the show “broke them” and another saying that “all the girls” on the show were “obsessed” with Stanaland. In her filing, Snow noted that the couple had a prenuptial agreement and asked that they split their attorney fees equally before any spousal support and property division is agreed upon.
